Cab Carpentry offers carpentry, construction, maintenance, and remodeling services across Tyler, Winona, and surrounding East Texas areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on project scope, location, and scheduling.
Quotes and estimates provided are non-binding until a signed contract is in place. Timelines, materials, and pricing may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or clientrequested modifications.
3. Payments
Payments for services are due according to the terms stated in the project agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Cab Carpentry reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided once materials have been ordered or work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranty & Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and offer limited warranties on certain services, as specified in individual contracts. Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, or third-party alterations.
Cab Carpentry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring site access, providing accurate information, and securing necessary permits or approvals unless stated otherwise in the contract. Any delays caused by client inaction may impact project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and design elements on this website, are the property of Cab Carpentry and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Smith County, Texas.
